Residences Spata Athens

At a glance

10 minutes form the airport of Athens, we developed  a complex of 5 independent residences. The challenge of this project was the surface of the plot, which was only 750 sq.m. The archtect gave a smart solution: The ownwers are sharing an inner yard. The privacy of the residences is ensurde with smart plantation.
